I planted over 70 willow sprigs along the Santa Rosa Laguna near Delta Pond and the bird rookery there. As a group, a total of well over 530 trees were sprigged. While working, I heard and saw many birds, including a bald eagle, and a large flock of pelicans, who circled over the pond then flew in a V-formation over the laguna.

I planted 8 oaks, 3 ash, 1 box elder, 2 California blackberries, and 2 California rose. 500 native plants total were put in the ground that day.
