<p>We planted this multi-graft plum tree at Rick's house in Santa Rosa. There are five plums grafted onto a Citation Hybrid Rootstock: Beauty Plum, Nubiana Plum, Laroda Plum, Late Santa Rosa Plum, Elephant Heart Plum.</p>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>On Saturday, Rick joined me for a morning of planting with a volunteer group with <a href="http://www.forestunlimited.org/about-us/" target="_blank">Forest Unlimited</a>. About 400 potted redwoods were planted for the Graton Water District. As a team, he and I got about a dozen in the ground.</p>

         <title>0085-0155: Arroyo Willows</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p>Participated in a group tree planting on Saturday, February 12 for the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation. I planted over 70 willow sprigs along the Santa Rosa Laguna near Delta Pond and the bird rookery there. As a group, a total of well over 530 trees were sprigged. While working, I heard and saw many birds, including a bald eagle, and a large flock of pelicans, who circled over the pond then flew in a V-formation over the laguna.</p>

         <title>0069-0080: Irwin Creek Restoration</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p>On Saturday January 22nd, I took part in a group work-day to plant trees and shrubs for the restoration of Irwin Creek in the Laguna de Santa Rosa watershed, the annual "Tree-a-Thon" put on by <a href="http://www.lagunafoundation.org/">the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation</a>.</p>
<p>I planted 8 oaks, 3 ash, 1 box elder, 2 California blackberries, and 2 California rose. 500 native plants total were put in the ground that day.</p>
